Custom Order FAQ

How do I order my dress?

Once you have an idea of what dress you’d like, please make an appointment with us.

At the appointment, we will discuss designs and materials before providing you with an estimate.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the order. If you need the order sooner, we can try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.

How much will it cost?

The estimate will depend on how many items you place order and your choice of materials.

Where can I order a custom-made dress or shirt in Hawaii?

Princess Kaiulani Fashions specializes in custom-made Hawaiian dresses and shirts, including wedding dresses. We have a variety of dress patterns and we can recreate a design for you as well.

We can provide matching dress and aloha shirts. You can also bring in your own fabric.

Start-up Business and Production FAQ

Where can I start making my own brand?

In order to start any production, you need a sample. If you have an exact design sample, that would be great. Just show us that product and we will give you an estimate and minimum required order quantity. If you are not sure what to start, we have consultation session as well. We provide designing and pattern making services.

Can you make samples?

We can make prototype or mock up samples. We can also make a production sample as well.

Can you make original fabrics?

We can help making original fabrics as little as 60 yards. This option will be oversea production. It takes several months, so please plan ahead to make your own fabrics.
